All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platform remain the exclusive property of Tredex Technology. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods and reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Tredex Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Tredex Technology offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for most services from the date of purchase. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service provided and the circumstances of your request.
Software products, subscription services (first month only), and consulting packages are eligible for refunds within the specified period if you are not satisfied with the service quality or deliverables.
Custom development work that has been completed, third-party licenses or services, downloadable digital products after download, and services consumed or partially used are not eligible for refunds.
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 3-5 business days and process approved refunds within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the proportion of services used or the stage of project completion. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and may affect future business relationships.

If Tredex Technology provides any physical products (hardware, devices, etc.), they may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, returns are generally not applicable. However, if you experience technical issues or the product does not meet specifications, please contact us for resolution.
To initiate a return, contact our support team within the return period. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product within 3-5 business days. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or wrong product, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
